Haga Bottega: a piece of Puglia in the heart of the Scandinavian world

Dear friends,
I am honored to present the opening of the first restaurant with a Pugliese touch in all of Stockholm: Haga Bottega. Here you will find an alchemy of flavors that transports diners directly to my home of origin: the beautiful region of Puglia.
After weeks of hard work, together with the entire Haga Bottega team, we created a menu that is inspired by tradition and the use of high-quality products, both of which are indispensable elements in Italian gastronomy.
In each dish we put a lot of dedication, passion and love for authentic Apulian cuisine. The taste comes from family recipes and fresh, simple and tasty ingredients that come straight from my homeland. In every bite you will find a bit of real culture and authentic Mediterranean flavors.
As a food lover, I grew up in the kitchen of my grandmothers Marietta and Graziella, who taught me to love traditional food from a very young age. I’m sure they would be very proud of me if they knew that their cuisine and traditional recipes are going around the world to places they never thought they could go.
Haga Bottega is undoubtedly the ideal place for a dinner with friends, a family party or a meeting with colleagues after work, our team is always ready to welcome you! We aim to give you an unforgettable feeling when you taste our food, taking to you to my Apulian homeland!
If you are in Stockholm or you are visiting this magnificent capital of Northern Europe, I invite you to come and enjoy this authentic menu. We are located in front of Karolinska University Hospital, just 20 minutes drive from the city center, if you travel by public transport, lines 3 and 6 pass right next to the restaurant.
I can only thank you all for your support for believing in me and following me on my social networks, without you my dream of bringing a little piece of Italian gastronomy around the world would not be possible. Special thanks also to Milla and everyone at Haga Bottega for giving me the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with them. See you in the next gastronomic adventure and buon vento a tutti!
